Healthy Eating simply means consuming the right portion from all food groups in order to live a healthy life while Health Diet means a dietary regimen for losing weight.
A nutritional lifestyle that can promote good health is a good Diet and it must consist of all good groups because just one food group will not be able to provide everything the Human body needs for good health.
There are keys to Healthy Diet which also means that the way we eat matters alot. Hence, a large breakfast helps to control the body weight .It’s advisable to eat right amount of calories for how active you are, so that there can be a balance in the energy you consume and the energy you use.
It’s also advisable to always eat a wide Range of foods and make sure you’re getting a balanced diet and that your body is receiving all d nutrients needed.

Whole grains: It is good to consume about 3ounces of grains per day because they are highly rich in fiber, minerals, and Vitamins. It is mandatory to always read the list of ingredients because you can’t simply know by mere looking at it whether it is whole grain.
Whole Grains Food Products: Bread, Pasta and cereals
Vegetables: This is very rich in Vitamin, mineral and fiber content in which these nutrients are very essential for the human body to function well. Regular intake of fruits and vegetables is also said to protect the body from developing severe diseases like heart disease, diabetes type 2 and Cancer.
Hence, it’s advised that we must at least consume five portions of fruit and vegetables each day. It can include either fresh, frozen, canned or dried foods and vegetables.
Protein: This has to do with the heaped tablespoons of vegetables and one large fruits such as Apple, mango or a banana, this can also be a one glass of 100percent fruit or vegetable juice. Protein helps to repair and build Tissue in our body. Foods that are rich on Protein also include essential minerals, such as Iron, Magnesium, zinc as well as B Vitamins.
Protein Food Products: Meat, Poultry, fish, egg, beans, nuts, and soya.
It’s advisable to eat more of fish than meat because fish is highly rich in omega Oils and its also better to always grill, roast, or microwave meats and fish instead of frying.
As for the vegans, they can always get their protein from nuts, seeds, and beans and they can also supplement their Zinc and B12 Vitamin intake as these foods are not rich in them.
Dairy: Butter, cream and even sometimes eggs are often classed as dairy products, Dairy Products are most likely placed in the protein and are a good source of calcium which is important for healthy bones and teeth.
Dairy Products: Milk, Yoghurts, cheese and some soya dairy products.
It’s advisable to aim more for low fat dairy products.
Fats and Sugar: There are two basic fats which are Saturated and Unsaturated.
Saturated Fats: These are to be kept to minimum consumption because excess saturated fats can increase the risk of developing diseases such as Heart disease.
Fats and Sugar Products : Sugar Chocolate Cakes, Biscuits, Jam, Butter, Margarine, mayonnaise, non-diet sodas and every other products with extremely high sugar content .
